Specifications & Counting Principle of Hemocytometer

Counting Principle of Bodboge Cell Counters
Bodboge cell counters are developed based on the standard hemocytometer counting principle, complying with JJG 552-1988 Verification Regulation for Hemocytometers. Compatible disposable counting slides share the identical chamber depth as standard hemocytometers.
①When paired with a hemocytometer, the instrument acts as an automated microscopic imaging workstation with integrated computer. It delivers real-time HD cell preview, precise 3-axis motorized positioning and automatic focusing for sharp images, with built-in algorithms for automatic cell identification and counting.

②For disposable counting slides, virtual graticules are displayed on screen. Calibrated via the simulated hemocytometer utility model patent (ZL 202021855359.4), each grid matches the 1×1 mm² area of traditional hemocytometers.

③Disposable slides feature a precisely calibrated 0.1 mm chamber depth, yielding the same 0.1 mm³ counting volume as hemocytometers.
④The identical standard concentration formula applies to both consumables, enabling direct manual cross-verification of counting results.
Note: Certain models omit hemocytometer compatibility, while retaining the same core algorithm design. Contact Botuboju Technology Co., Ltd. for model-specific details.
